In January, we welcomed in The Year of the Rat with our Chinese New Year Celebration.
We celebrated with song, dance and a variety of delicious foods.
In February, We will explore light and shadows. We will learn where we find lights and how
lights help us. We will sort natural and manmade lights. We will create shadow figures and
observe how our shadows change shape when we move. We will observe the weather and learn
about the groundhogs predictions. We will practice healthy habits for our teeth for dental health

Art- Van Gogh’s Starry Night (PK.CKW.2 )
Our Cooking activity for this month will be Latkes
Our Artist of the month is Van Gogh.
We will make Valentine’s card for people we love.
